All Viceroy ovens feature a 65L or 73L cavity with a wide temperature range, giving you the flexibility to bake light, fluffy cakes, slow-cook rich stews or crank up the heat for crispy pizzas. True fan cooking circulates hot air evenly across all shelf levels simultaneously, so you can cook multiple dishes at the same time without uneven results or flavour transfer. The grill and fan combination lets you brown food as you cook, and the grill can be used with the door closed to keep odours contained.

Every Viceroy oven features easy-clean enamel throughout the cavity. The smooth, non-porous coating resists grease and food splatter, preventing it from baking on to the walls and making routine cleaning quick and straightforward. The oven door is fully removable on all models, giving clear access to the glass panels and frame for a more thorough clean. The inner glass panel also lifts out separately, so there is no blind spot between the layers where grease can accumulate unnoticed.
